Got there at 12:30 and they are on Lunch til 1. Understandable. Get inside and they are only doing primary care visits. Change your name if you’re going to primary care. What a waste of time
This place has the door locked during normal business hours and doesn’t answer the phone. I tried to go here because they are the ONLY urgent care in the Toledo area that accepts care credit
Came in on a Friday evening for a suspected broken hand. Although they were busy, I was seen, x rayed, and out the door in about an hour, way quicker than I thought it'd be. Andre, at the front desk, was on top of everything, super welcoming and customer service was on point! My nurse (I feel bad I didn't catch her name), was quick, and extremely nice!
