Good service- fast and efficient and easy. The plumber (Al) brought the needed part and installed it and was done in no time. Will use them again in the future.

Acute is a well trained professional company with factory certified techs. Our Navien water heater never worked correctly and was never set up when installed. We dealt with it for years wasting water waiting for hot water. Had two other companies come and one broke our valves and one showed up with the wrong pump. Acute had the correct pump ordered and came and turns out it wasn’t the pump but they accurately diagnosed the problem and charged us a fair price to solve our problem. Amazing customer service. Very responsive to my questions in a timely manner via text and phone. My water heater needed to be replaced and they came out the same day to inspect and replaced a new unit the very next morning. Both people I was in contact with, Melissa and Al, were very supportive and knowledgeable about tankless water heaters. I highly recommend this company for plumbing needs.
