Had issues with my tankless water system and only a couple of days to have it fixed. Called Acute and they were able to fit me in which theses days is a tall order. Al came by and not only promptly repaired the issues but also gave me some helpful advice. He was courteous as well as professional. A delight to talk with. All at reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Acute is a well trained professional company with factory certified techs. Our Navien water heater never worked correctly and was never set up when installed. Amazing customer service. Very responsive to my questions in a timely manner via text and phone. My water heater needed to be replaced and they came out the same day to inspect and replaced a new unit the very next morning. Both people I was in contact with, Melissa and Al, were very supportive and knowledgeable about tankless water heaters. I highly recommend this company for plumbing needs.
