Service, patient care? Went to Avon immediate care for hand injury a week ago. Got a NP I assume didn't say. Got an x-ray was told hand wasn't broke. So what's wrong I ask? Don't know maybe "strained it." What do I for the swelling and pain? Wrap it, find a physical therapist? That was it. What no DO doctors or therapy I could be referred to there? No referral given. RecommendedThis doctor literally saved my life he is super knowledgeable and intelligent and actually listens to his patients and their needs! His referral took my life from 5% quality time 75% in two days and I am so blessed that I found him! His office staff is also super kind and they don’t just shrug you off like most other offices do. He deserves an award or accommodation I wish I knew how to put his name in for one or I would for sure! Thank you!

RecommendedI have been in Iv therapy for over a month as well as wound care and it has been very nice so far. The ladies at the front desk are awesome and helped me every day with a smile. And wound care as well. They have done a very good job at what they do! And as for the women in IV they act like your best friend when you walk in and take good care of you as well. I was in the hospital for six days with Covid 19, which they discharged me with almost 0 instructions. I started having other issues and tried to call in to the hospital to speak with one of the doctors that was attending to me while I was there. I was told because I was discharged I would have to go to my regular physician. I didn’t have a physician at the time, but I had set an appointment with a new one. The compassion and gentleness used towards me to make sure I was kept informed, had the opportunity to ask questions and understood the condition and/or options for my husbands treatment in a crisis was remarkable. RecommendedMy Mother, Judith Fraizer, was admitted in ICU on January 3rd of this year. She passed on January 16. In between that time was the hardest days of my life BUT the doctors, nurses and staff that worked in ICU was such a wonderful help.
