The wait was long (understandably though as there is an influx of RSV going around) but the waiting area was clean, comfortable and accomodating. The crayons and coloring pages for the kids were helpful to pass time. Staff there is amazing - very friendly, caring and professional! The care that was provided for our 6 year old son was great!
The nurse and NP were friendly, professional, and efficient. I felt my son was well taken care of and I appreciated it. They listened attentively to my concerns, and explained everything in a way that I could understand.
Staff was friendly and efficient. They were really good with my child, and we made it through the visit without a complete toddler meltdown! Thank you for your help!
Tonight, I had to take my daughter in for an ear infection, and I always worry about the germs she might pick up in a doctor’s office or urgent care. Thankfully, this facility was spotless from floor to ceiling, giving me peace of mind.
Dr.Chyrus was great. Huge weight off my shoulders. She allowed me to trust her in a short period of time and had great patience. Thank you to her and her nurse. They were awesome and very kind and compassionate.
