Do not go to the one In webster. They refused me service at 940 at night. Locked the door. Laughed at me on the phone. When I got to the door she refused to even look at me. I ssked to speak to a doctor she honestly sounded like she was high. They dont obviously care about children. Very efficient from check in to check out. All of the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend!

The whole office was welcoming, the staff were super duper polite and soft, they all had a welcoming calm/playful energy. Even as the parent, everyone at the office was sooo sweet and encouraging that my little honey bun was going to be just fine! They were able to work with an insurance issue and did not turn us away! ❤ 10/10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

So I have mixed feelings, before we went here it was good, but just this weekend we were there with my toddler and they stated it was viral but my gut instincts told me it wasn’t just viral, so I made a appointment with his regular doctor less than 24hrs of the urgent care appointment and he had wheezing, fevers, and ear infection in both ears. The doctors, other providers, and staff here are outstanding. We’ve seen them many times the past few years, and will likely see them for many more. They’re quick and professional. But what makes them stand out in my mind is they also speak in a way to children that connects with them on a deeper level. You’ve likely seen this with pediatricians and other adults who work with children. They can make a child smile even when the child is miserable.
