20 minutes before my first appointment I was called and told that a email was sent out the day before and since I didn't sign it they would have to cancel my appointment. Who sends out a email that I'm supposed to print out and fill out the day before my appointment and doesn't even give me a courtesy call to let me know important information needs to be filled out or my appointment is going to get cancelled. First appointment, after an hour and ten minutes late, I was told it would be another thirty minutes. I left as well as the patient the was scheduled after me. Building is in weird location and the inside is run down and kind of gross. Also, while in the waiting the room, you can hear most of what the doctor in the other room is saying. Not the best for privacy.

I've tried many different Psychologists and have gone to many facilities with different "appearances". The doctors here are phenomenal and the results speak for themselves.
