Transferred to Dr. Tui only about a year ago & have had nothing but problems since! I have 2 children, one of which has a few different medical issues including autism. Dr. Tui is clueless when it comes to Autism & has given us nothing but trouble when it comes to any of my daughter s special needs rather than supporting us! My daughter is in need of her shots to go into 7th grade but because we told them that we were going to be changing practices they refused to see her. They don t care about their patients. We were changing so that both our girls would be going to the same practice and our oldest is too old to be seen there anymore. They told me to go to the health dept. Thanks a bunch! Great service Acute! Go anywhere but here if you want a place that actually cares about the kids and not themselves.

My two sons have been going to Dr. Tius office since 2003 in two counties. I absolutely love their services. Being on medicaid it is hard to find such great physicians. I refer everyone to their office pleasant atmosphere my children actually enjoy going for check ups and they always have appointments available for same day services.

I take my daughter to see any of the providers at Acute Care Pediatrics. I am happy that my child can be seen same day for urgent sick visits. The staffs are caring, very professional and knowledgeable specially with all the changes in the insurances. The office is always clean, and does not smell like a medical office. The providers are caring and take time to listen and answer to my questions.Refills of my child medications are electronically send to my pharmacy of choice. I will defintely recommend it to anyone.
