I have 2019 Acura RDX. Acura sent an email about a recall for the fuel pump. To replace it I called Acura Troy and had my appointment. Over the phone they told me that I need to have half a tank or less gas in my car at the time of the servicing. So I went there on my scheduled appointment. Well I had more than half a tank of gas at the time. However I did not think that it would be a big deal to drain the gas to replace the fuel pump at the fully equipped service center. Walked in wanting to test drive a new RDX and had an appointment set up. At first they couldn't figure it out, then we were guided to Hoover who was the rudest sales person I've ever dealt with in my entire life. Wanting to test out cars and not ready to buy for a little while and was told why are you here and talked down to like we didn't know what we were talking about. If you want to be treated right and not talked down to take your business somewhere else.
I informed Acura of Troy that my car wouldn’t lock with my key fob. This resulted in a new key fob being ordered. Then I to have their service department to program the key. After the key fob was assumed to be programmed, I left but made a stop on my way home. My car wouldn’t lock. I called them immediately to let them know the key fob wasn’t working. I was then told the area in which the key fob goes into needed to be repaired or the key fob won’t work and that repair would be over $400. I said why would you program a key f... read more
Terrible customer service. spoke with the general manager who hung up the phone on me. @Acura
Great Customer Service Greg was very friendly and helpful with me while on vacation to make sure my tire was fixed at Acura of Troy. Roadside service was called after I made to Detroit. Three days later I noticed I had a flat tire. Thank you for your service. I gave them 5*****.
Acura of Troy is the only place we take our cars! Amazing customer service!
