Great experience, as Gabriela was very professional, helpful, clear, and communicative. I was kept up to date from beginning to end, thank goodness I came at a time that it was not busy as Tyler (my technician) was rapid due to his expertise. Even if the service drive had been busy I love how well the staff takes care of us, as they communicate the wait process, what to expect, and are even willing to shuttle you to a desired location allowing me to accomplish my errands while my vehicle is in service.
