1. They broke the hood latch And did not fix it 2. During the replacement of TIME BELTS They damaged the working battery, which was still under warranty for 2 years, and refused to replace it I was forced to replace it at my own expense 3. They disrupted the operation of the air conditioner 4. Windshield heating stopped working. Unfortunately, Communication was not friendly I have a constant feeling that I am guilty of something, although I came to get a quality service, for a lot of money!
The service man mentioned the car wash was included but actually no. I don’t mind the car wash but it makes me doubt if the other service was made, even if I got a checklist. This time it’s a free recall service for the taillight. Not sure if it’s the reason
I had an issue with my Acura MDX where we had a missing wheel lock. Shab was really helpful in sorting out my issue quickly and professionally. Even though he was the manager he literally helped with the actual support and removal and replacement of my parts. Thank you very much!
Don't buy car from them. They misguide the buyer regarding price. I came to them by having full accurate confirmation of price to their dealer on call but when i arrived they raise the price and ignore totally , thats the total humilation i waste my 2 hours in traffic just for having the car but they totally made my fool . I highly don't recommend to come here to these fake dealers .
I am extremely satisfied! Fast, clear, understandable, they took it and did it! The radio required a password, even the almighty Google did not answer, spent a week. Thanks to the customer service. And by the way, for some reason they always pick up the phone)
