The vehicle was accurately described and beautifully prepared for delivery. They co-ordinated loading with my shipper and took the initiative to provide photos of the car while it was loaded onto the truck. Their follow-up and care has been outstanding. The worst possible customer service EVERRRR! I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from Acura RGV. There is NO sense of urgency, they don't return phone calls, I had to send the payoff myself for the vehicle I traded in. They will say anything possible so u can purchase from them. Maybe the first class service is for the doctors & lawyers & not for regular people like myself. Never again !!
I would like to thank all the wonderful people there, I was able to get a vehicle I absolutely love. The customer service we received was absolutely amazing all the way through the process! It was way beyond more than I expected ! They are amazing people there! I would highly recommend them to friends & family!!

Impressive customer service..... Mr. George Elizondo is very knowledgeable and what a great disposition!!
