Last year we had bought a ford focus and was told that it’s a great car and very reliable. About a few months ago the cars transmission started to shutter when taking off. Come to find out this model car was under a lawsuit for a bad transmission and there’s no fix but replacement. So we took it back to Acura to see about trading in. The sales person stated they had another focus that was under that lawsuit that they’re replacing the transmission and going to re-sale the car.
