Every person that was in the store was kind, informative, honest and helpful.
The staff was professional and courteous, not making any sales pressure. And they kept promised deal without reminding, even when I came back few days later.
Bernardo was extremely helpful got me in and out so fast and extremely nice treated me so wonderful. Will definitely comeback in the future to get more cars
When 8 walked in Acura /Mercedes I was greeted with respect and dignity ,I was worried because I have an older model Acura and I thought I would be judged based on a older model vehicle for service,I noticed others weren't dressed like me casual but the employees their treated me like any other customer .Also when I asked questions 8 was informed and explained with respect and patience ,I helped my self to their complimentary coffee/snake area which was clean and stocked .When I had trouble 7 her standing thier coffee machin... read more
