Acura of Salem always holds true to their integrity. I went to get an oil change on my Acura today. I figured it was time. The service man came in and asked me if I was taking an upcoming long trip in my car. I said no. He told me it's too early and told me a sensor will come on when it's time. WOW! Who does that? Nobody! I bought my car there and recommend Acura of Salem of you want to be well taken care of!
Bernardo was so kind and accommodating! Everyone else there was also very kind and respectful, and did everything they could to help me get my new car. They also cleaned and detailed the car to an excellent degree! 11/10 experience!
Brent took great care of us. He made the experience very enjoyable. He was very professional and a breath of fresh air.
