Great customer service, Michael and the rest of staff were very helpful, professional, and made the process easy. They took the time to understand what I needed and helped me get my EQS 450 back. I really appreciate the excellent service and would definitely recommend them.
Our sales person was amazing, she did great work. Finance manager did great as well. Super happy with the vehicle we choose. The only disappointment I have is that I was unable to use the Veteran Discount incentive, because I didn’t ETS within the last 2 years. I feel that all veterans regardless of when/era they serviced (Vietnam, Dessert Storm, Iraq, or Afghanistan) should get a little back.
I had a GREAT experience with Brent Baker and his sales manager Mike! The process was seamless, understandable, and low pressure.Each question was answered thoroughly and with patience.
