It's a bad bad experience. I was provided a quotation in writing with a $5860 discount when I was buying my RDX there. But the price on the contract they let me sign was totally different from the price they quoted. It's the full price without a discount. I questioned them about it. They said they couldn't put that number on the contract. So I rejected to sign the contract until the sales manager wrote down the payment plan and the payoff number as an additional contract. I went to this dealership where I purchased MDX vehicle because all the lights on the dashboard were lite-up. A customer rep approached me and asked what's the problem and I showed her. She stated that they needed to run a diagnosed check on the vehicle which would cost me $149 before they do any correction and that it would take about an hour to an hour and a half. I drove around on an expired tag for over a month! They lied and blamed it on the State of Georgia. They also sold me a car with a bad suspension. Lied and told me they did a full 150 point inspection prior to the sale. They took a perfectly good TL on trade and sold me a car KNOWING it needed a 2,000suspension. I have been calling over a week now, regarding my Gap coverage. I spoke with Suzette took down my information to have someone call me back, that never happen. Courtney was vey helpful with getting me to worst one is Rob or Robert. Rob or Robert informed me he can not process a Cancellation of Gap cause my vehicle is a total loss and it’s paid in full. I purchased my car two years ago. In negotiating the sale I noticed a significant charge for "The Protector" Package. I asked and was told this was a paint and leather treatment that could be done every six months. I expressed I did not want this as the cost was too high and I knew I may relocate to be closer to family. I was told this was transferrable to other dealerships. Horrible experience. Worst communication ever. Going on 3 months with temporary tags only, no registration, no license plate. Can’t get a call back. Manager who was “working” on my account no longer works there. Total scam of a company. Do not go here.

Recently purchased an Acura at this dealer. I have called for three days, left voicemails no calls returned. Trying to confirm a service. They do not seem to care. I thought I purchased an upscale vehicle with upscale service. NOT

Fraud alert when it comes to there internet sales. Sold me a truck the was rotten underneath. Ford dealer said it wasn't safe to drive. cost me 20k for truck. 5k more fore repairs. Lied about a 30 day no questions asked return. Wouldn't take back. S Salesman was named Sam h******* Hanania auto group should be put out of business. Really pxxxxed off!
