I just purchased a vehicle from Acura of Oakville and the experience was amazing. Over the years I have bought many cars and this experience was the best, no hassle, everything was as promised and Nick Alves my sales rep was amazing, no sales tactics, no pressure, no nonsense. He was knowledgeable, honest and easy to deal with. I will certainly buy from them again.
Had been a regular customer, but quit going after they didn't even have the decency to call back for an issue I was facing. Ofcourse you gotta spend tons of money at these shiny places, but there still needs to be some accountability. Hence I moved to another Acura dealership & they have been fantastic at customer service!
Can’t say enough about Dennis Olivieri(sales),Mark Bujalski (sales manager)and Dave and Nik ( service managers). I never write reviews but am making this an exception because it has been a very long time since I’ve been so impressed with this level of customer care. These people will do whatever it takes to make it right. Have bought 2 cars here so far and will be recommending Acura of Oakville to everyone I know who is looking to buy a car.
Your driver in the cube van this morning was speeding through the Dorval Plaza. I had to slam on my breaks to avoid him hitting us as he tried to pass in a 1 lane wide area. I then followed him as he sped aggressively, went over multiple curbs and had several other near missed.
