I had a fantastic experience at Acura of Memphis. Mark was so nice and patient, never rushed me. Ashley, the Sales Manager, was amazing and made everything feel smooth and transparent. Blake was incredibly efficient & knew everything about driving a manual, which made the test-drive & decision much easier. Gabbi in finance made the paperwork painless! Highly recommend this team!!!
They made me spend $219 dollar for no reason!! This dealership is overpriced and not family friendly. Do go unless yo car has an warranty and your’re not paying anything out of pocket
I am posting this review because I have always received a survey after a service appointment. However this time I did not. The schedule service was disappointing. I arrived 15 minutes early. No one greeted me. I was outside for 8 minutes before anyone came to greet me. When I arrived I could see four people standing inside.
