Shelby and Doris over at Accura of Memphis were very unprofessional. I have screen shots of Shelby telling me that my car was nothing more than 1400 of work to be done . I ended up paying 2200! They replaced a blown head gasket when I couldn’t imagine having when my car ran hot once a month ago. I get my car back and after 2 weeks It’s running hot again. I took my car in on Thursday, Jan 8, 2026 to have a new computer sensor system box installed. I arrived at approx 1015am. It took about 3.5 hours for repair. The service advisor, the service and all amenities were great. Once my vehicle was ready to go, I paid, signed papers and left. Once I got home, I noticed my chrome Acura front license plate was missing. The screws are still in the bumper kit, therefore the tag didn't just fall off. It appears to have been taken off. Im Upset and disappointed.
