They have been paid. They did not fix my car, which they’ve had for 2 days. I had to return it, and no one has contacted me. I have made several attempts to contact the service manager/ technician via phone and text, all of which have been unsuccessful.

I purchased a used vehicle **/** from Acura of Columbus for my son for Christmas. Fast forward to after Christmas when I gifted the car to my son and I took it for maintenance and today after having a fuel leak. The shop informs me there is severe rust under the vehicle, so bad that they will need to replace fuel tank because it has a hole in it. The engine and rest of underside is severely rusted as well and will eventually cost me thousands in repairs as parts completely fail due to rust. Some parts may not even be repaira... read more

Be careful when dealing with this dealership and be EXTRA SURE you do ALL investigations before purchasing from them. I'm not sure where to begin so I'll begin here... My wife and I came to the dealership and bought a 2019 ************* from them originally on February 17, 2021. Apparently the vehicle had a "Clean ******* at the time only to find out on February 25, 2021 the vehicle hand been in a MAJOR ACCIDENT where airbags had been deployed. awful service in the service dept. over charge on labor 125.00 to diagnosis issue non refundable so when they tell you it will cost 769.00 but then when you go to pay for it, they charge you 45.00 just to pay the bill. very shady way of doing busy.

Terrible customer service from Lauren in the service department. Reported to manager, who returned my call 3 days later and he advised me that, it was unlike Lauren to behave in the manner that I had reported. He then went on to make me an appointment for the upcoming Saturday, advising me that a different service member would be there to take care of me. Lauren from the Services department was extremely rude to my mother today. When my mother informed Lauren who she spoke with and the price she was quoted Lauren turned to her and said “well he’s not here I’m here”. As a military member who lives far away it’s disheartening for my mother to call me upset when there is nothing I am physically able to do. I hope you all are able to fix your attitudes for the rest of the customers today.

I love my vehicle purchase in November 2018 for my Birthday. This is my first luxury vehicle and I'm in love with my black beauty. It rides so smooth and the Service here in Columbus is the best so far.
