I brought my first Acura at Acura of Boston in 2004 and ever since then have been getting my vehicles serviced there. I’ve spent 10’s of thousands of dollars there. However, After my previous experience working with new service director Brian Nadeau and GM Brian Cho, I will NEVER step foot in that location EVER again.
