Latest Service Sandy is the best and the service team seems to be very attentive. Price is within reason and notifications have been ok
Two deals in one week John, Eddie & Robert were excellent to work with. We bought a TLX and an ILX in one week that's how good the experience was. Both deals were perfect and Robert has us out of there driving out new car, in less than 30 mins.
service dept is great Service was great, called for update, gave me car for a day, called before fixing anything for my approval. Always friendly and attentive. I would highly recommend them
Never going back here. Poor customer service This has been the worst experience with a car dealership. My car was supposed to be ready by the end of the day. Never got a call back and they kept my car overnight. I had no way to get to work the next day. Never going back to this place
They Want To Keep You For Life The salesman, John Redmond, was as accommodating and friendly as ever -- we really love it that he's the same salesman as our first experience -- and Ed, the manager, is great to work with as well. They say they want to keep you as a customer for life, and they walk the walk.
Bad experience I negotiated the price before coming into the dealer. They had agreed to match my best offer from another dealer that was just a little further away from home. I had test driven the car in Bedford Hills and wanted to give them my business. However, when I arrived with my trade-in, they low-balled the price and then justified it by telling me that i was getting such a great deal on the price of the car.
