Great customer service without over-pressuring you. My car salesman, Jerry Amoroso was spectacular, patient, well spoken, courteous, knowledgeable, and highly professional. He followed-up with me in a timely manner and even called to confirm the appointment I made before even going to the dealership. Have called twice this week and have yet to receive a call back---not happy! Also had crappy service when my TL had a cracked rim a couple of months ago!!! Now let's see how fast I get this return call
