Located a vehicle on line and when asked to be contacted about the vehicle, Jessica responded promptly. Although the vehicle I inquired about had been sold, she quickly pointed out they had the same vehicle just a year newer, along with a couple other choices. We recently purchased a 2018 Acura MDX with Luke To of Acura of Baton Rouge. Luke was professional, knowledgeable regarding the product and courteous, but most important to us, Luke was very honest and upfront with every aspect of the buying process. This by far was the best experience we've had when purchasing a vehicle, and we've bought more than 13 cars..Luke, you're just awesome! Oh did I say the car is fantastic!

You sold me rotten tires that went bald after 25,000 miles and you won't take responsibility to fix it. This is the car my wife and kids mainly travel in. In 10 years I've spend well over $15,000 in your service department. Unsafe tires and a closed door is how this ends.
