Not happy at all! ! Bought a Acura RDX Aspec model brand new. Its a 2019 model. Here I am in 2024 having a full engine replacement right at Christmas time. Had trouble with this vehicle since day one. Apparently its been losing coolant for a long time, which caused the engine to run hot and warp the head. There goes Christmas for us this year!!!!! 130,000 miles!! We had a Honda Accord and I just gave it to my niece and its still runs fine with over 400,000 miles. Jessica is the best! Jessica is amazing. She rode around with me in every single comparable car I could find (about 8). She was so patient me during my three recon trips and was the only one I’d buy a car from. She knows Acura because she chooses Acura.
Michael Peterson was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable about the Acura MDX I purchased last week. He stayed late and had to reschedule a previous engagement to insure that I was taken care of. I would definitely recommend Acura of BR and Michael! I love my new vehicle!!
