I have been a patient of Shu Ping Li for 20+ years. I and my family have experienced great comfort and healing from acupuncture. Shu Ping Li is professional, skillful and honest. She has treated me for soft tissue damage from car accident, pain from torn bicep muscle, sinus/allergy issues, stress related muscle aches and a variety of other symptoms.
Shu ping is terrible and downright unprofessional. She just abruptly and coldly said she couldn't help me with my issues because her gadget was not able to read my palm. She basically lost control of herself because didn't know what to next when her gadget (that tells her what health issues a patient has) would not work. What legitimate acupuncturist relies on a gadget alone? What happened to questioning a patient of their symptoms, etc? I've gone to a better acupuncturist since that has hundreds of great reviews.

Shu Ping helped my dads chemotherapy symptoms, helped my partner recover from a serious car accident, and helped me with my anxiety. I love her and appreciate her for all she’s done for my family and I will definitely be going back.
Totally unprofessional. I strongly do not recommend Shu Ping Li.
