As a local professional, I routinely refer my clients to Geoff Land from Acumentis Coffs Harbour as I have full confidence in the integrity of his assessment. The valuations are always delivered promptly and appear well-researched and accurate.
A very inaccurate valuation. Cant even count bedrooms properly. 3 instead of 4, Wrong roof type, Wrong location stated, etc etc. The managers don't even respond to phone or email messages to even discuss the issues. This was a bank valuation so goodness knows how many customers get this treatment unseen. I note CBA have suspended business with this company too!!!. Very poor effort and no attention to detail.
Acumentis is by far the best valuers I’ve ever dealt with. Their team are very professional, with outstanding service. I needed a copy of valuation for stamp duty purposes, it was sent 15 minutes after being requested! I’ve dealt with numerous valuers over the years, Acumentis was most thorough, and helpful Big shout out to Mr Munro and Kristy, many thanks guys, can’t recommend you enough
Terrible experience, properties used for comparison valuation not even the same type of property or in the same area. Very disappointed in the outcome, no ability to dispute.
