This is our 4th time getting glasses at the El Paseo location. Melissa goes out of her way to be helpful, all while juggling phones, Dr. Appointments and walk ins! I had my first eye exam at Aquity today, and found Dr. Han to be thorough and knowledgeable. We highly recommend the El Paseo Acuity office!
arrived ten minutes before my appointment time and was told someone called out so they were running behind and there was one person ahead of me, no worries I said, an hour later I was informed that the technician could not sign in and it would be another 20 minutes at least. Two other customers came and left because of the wait time. I asked if they would be ready in the 20 minutes she explained that they had tech support on the phone but could not guarantee it so I left.
