I'm almost positive the neurologist isn't a real doctor.
I never post reviews, but I think it’s necessary in our situation. If I could give less then 1 star, I would. I do not recommend Acuity Neurology or Dr. Passini. My husband was injured at work a year and a half ago and suffers from chronic migraines and ear pain. He has tried multiple medications and nothing has worked for him. His first appointment here, he said Dr. Passini kept answering his phone in the middle of his consultation and he felt like he was being ignored. Dr. Passini has terrible beside manner at one point he actually rolled his eyes when i was telling him my symptoms. Very unprofessional and the front desk employees are not much better wont return calls etc...
Dr. Berry Passini was very nice and helpful. However, I don't know if she's a nurse or what she is, her name is Nicole, she was awful. Extremely rude and does not belong working with the public.
Do yourself a favor and choose Aspirus. They have friendlier and more professional staff.
