Easy to find, spacious office with friendly and helpful front office staff. Each assistant spoke clearly. It was easy to understand their instructions. Dr Castro put me completely at ease. I’m looking forward to the progress I’ll make with my future eye surgeries. Thank you Dr Castro.
Staff were knowledgeable and efficient in their work and Dr. was friendly and personable.
So great and so professional
This is the most UNORGANIZED place ever. They don’t give you complete info. They did not tell me that I needed a physical and an EKG BEFORE I have cataract surgery! Getting ahold of anyone at the office takes an eternity. I still haven’t heard from the surgery co-ordinator and the surgery is coming up soon. I’ve never seen a place so uncoordinated! Thank God I like the doctor or id really be worried.
