FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL.
Had a decent experience with Dr Pandaya, however, the office manager seems pretty greedy and inflexible with payment options. Even though we had a follow up session to try out the lenses, she flat out declined my request to make payments in following visit (so I could use my preferred payment method). I didn't want to confront them so I paid as requested, but it left a bad taste. Not a Good experience overall
The office staff was friendly and the provider was friendly, knowledgeable and was so helpful answering my questions.
