Got charged wrongfully. I verified atleast 4 times and was told my insurance covered my appointment, then at the very last second some random lady from the optical department decided she wanted to charge $75 because insurance didnt cover? Literally fraud. If her job is selling glasses, why is she applying insurance related charges? Not 100% sure, but i think her last name is Zisfahani
This is the worst office I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve been trying since my March 11 appointment to get my contact prescription. I went on vacation right after my appointment, and Dr. Zvanut said he would have samples for me to try when I got back. But there was nothing for me and the office couldn’t find my contact prescription so I could order new contacts on my own. They are so unorganized. Their follow through is awful. I had a great experience here maybe some of these other people hit it on a bad day, but Dr. Perry was wonderful clearly very very experienced and very good at what he does and buys at the same time
