My wife and I highly recommend working with Bruce. The inspection went great, he took the time to explain what he was looking for and how he came to his conclusion. We had a very short inspection window and Bruce was great about being flexible with our schedule. The report we received was well laid out and easy to understand. When a portion of the inspection fell outside Bruce’s area of expertise (radon, sewer), he has recommendations on other inspectors.
