RecommendedVera is amazing with acupuncture! She has the sweetest disposition and geniunely wants you to be well. She has never insisted on sessions, she is always interested in making sure of what is best for you. I have also received massages from Jen! She is awesome!! She asks questions. She is actually treating you, not just doing a standard massage. I have been going here for about 4 years now ... I think ... and I have loved it since Day 1!! I call it "my happy place"!!
Vera is AMAZING! She is so kind and nurturing. I took my Mother In Law, who is receiving Chemo and experiencing sever pain. Regular sessions helped her tremendously! We highly recommend AcuBalance!
Acubalance came very highly recommended to me through the Park Ridge Virtual Chatter FB group! My friend did the acupuncture (1st time!) and I did a full body massage (1st time!) and it was wonderful!!

A few years ago I went to Ausra for acupuncture and she was wonderful. She helped me with my back, neck and arm issues. When I heard about the yoga studio opening I started going and it has been life changing for me! The teachers are amazing (Cher, Donna, Val, Matthew, and the two Jennifers) I have taken multiple types of yoga classes, Tai Chi and some workshops. It is a wonderful community feeling. Acubalance has renewed my love of yoga! I couldn't wait for the studio portion of the center to open. Now that its here, the convenience is too hard to pass up. All of the teachers are so wonderful and keep you wanting to come back for more! I just wish I had more time to attend every day! <3
