Dr N. Forde is the best doctor ever! He listens to you and he explains everything, very very good. He cares.
I had an appointment today. Went to check in and Jamila who gave me attitude right away, told me I had to sign some hippa stuff. She didn’t tell me what exactly I was signing for, just told me when to sign which made me uncomfortable. Thought I was checked in. Waited an hour and a half, went to the other lady working the front desk and asked how much longer. She informed me that I wasn’t actually checked in. ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 star) I had a very disappointing experience at this WellSpace . The staff were unorganized and unprofessional, and it felt like they didn’t value my time or concerns. I had to wait far longer than my scheduled appointment, and when I was finally seen, the service felt rushed and careless. Communication was poor, and I didn’t feel heard or respected as a patient. While appointment availability is tight and appointments could be sooner, Dr. Forde is a good doctor. He listens to your concerns and is knowledgeable in his practice. Only wish that appointments could be sooner and easier to come by.
I have been going here for over 9yrs, some of the reviews I have seen for this clinic I can agree with, the wait time to schedule an appt can be very long, the people working in the office can make mistakes a lot or let their frustrations from whatever source affect how they talk to patients coming in sometimes if those patients are frustrating.
