Had a Plenum and drain line replaced for 800 dollars after issues with the old one leaking and causing water to build up. After many frustrating conversations and failed visits with Accutemp, I'm left with a huge mess. A Plenum that has failed after only a year, and a drain line that has dips and slopes and isn't pitched right. Doesn't even work fyi. Oh how do I know that? Business response:

We replaced 4' of the supply air plenum in the attic on 6/15/21. At that time we also sealed ductwork with tape and mastic and replaced 8 ft. of the drain line in the attic. On that invoice #*******, The recommendation was to replace the existing duct system due to a high static condition and the general condition of the ductwork. We received a request for service 8 months later on 2/18/22. We added a trap at the termination of the drain line outside the house. There was no charge. Great service and honest technicians I called on the weekend and trying to save me some money he told me, I could wait till Monday. Well, Monday am he was there and had most of the job done before I got in. I highly recommend and they will continue to have my business for years to come.
