We’ve used Actually Clean several times to clean our rugs, and they always do an excellent job. This time was no exception — the carpet came back looking and smelling wonderful (and it was very smelly before!). The two gentlemen who picked it up, Matt and Caleb, were fantastic. They delivered it back right on time and were so kind in helping us get it put down again. All these people griping about the truck placement clearly havent actually used these guys, only seen them around. Whatever. Service is incredible, staff were pleasant to work with, and they do a damn good job. Your house will smell like it went through mr carwash. These folks are miracle workers.

Horrible. A truck was out cleaning my neighbors apartment today and while doing so, one guy proceeded to act like a psychopath, yelling screaming cussing and then got in the face of a child that lives in the complex for no reason. Every single of of my neighbors and myself were very disturbed by this fellows attitude while working. This needs addressed and he needs anger management asap.
