Tim and his team where amazing! Super friendly and passionate about what they do. They arrived right on time, completed the job of taking down my chimney to the attic floor and installing a new chimney liner all in one day, they left no mess when they where done, and the cost ended up being lower than originally quoted. I HIGHLY recommend Actual Chimney Specialists! No complaints at all!
Excellent service very thorough and professional
Overall great experience with Tim and the team installing a wood burning stove and chimney into our 200+ year old home. ACS had extremely professional administrative processes (great communication, quick and accurate estimate reply, payment options). Living in an area where professional reliability is difficult to find, this was a very welcomed change. I highly recommend ACS.
I was blown off two seasons in a row after being given a price a scheduled. Very disappointed.
