Prompt and professional - determined and experienced problem-solver attitude helped me greatly with installation of a new Japanese EPLO toilet-bidet in one bathroom, and a new Moen bidet seat from the toilet in an upstairs bathroom. Appreciated how they cleaned up everything after the work was completed, and how they clearly explained the charges and procedures, too. Highly recommend.
