The Fit Body Forever class I have been attending for the last 18months has been wonderful. I have become stronger and improved my balance and mobility. The exercises vary every session to make it interesting and challenging. The coach, Megan, monitors every student to ensure we are doing the exercises properly. She knows her students capability and encourages us to increase weights if appropriate. As an added benefit, I have met wonderful people who I have shared many laughs with.

I finally found it! A place nearby where I can do challenging, creative circuit workouts that are only 30 minutes long. Each class is different so I never get bored; the people are friendly but the atmosphere isn’t overwhelmingly social; and the music is just loud and energetic enough to be motivating without being obnoxious. I’m hooked!
I’ve been going to Actin FitBody Bootcamp since January and I absolutely love it. The coaches are super mindful of different fitness levels, always giving great modifications while still pushing us to get a little better every day. The community is fun, supportive, and keeps me motivated—highly recommend!
