I gave this a 1 star review not for the workout but for my interactions with the new owner. From my experience this place is not safe for trans/nonbinary people. My first, and only day there the owner, Joe, greeted me. I introduced myself with my name. I then told him my pronouns. It was clear he either didn’t understand or did not care. AFBBC Restart Challenge has been great for me. I had work-life changes happen and I was struggling getting workouts in and my diet was terrible. Coaches are supportive and knowledgeable about nutrition, High protein diet and make challenging but impactful workouts every day. AFBBC is an encouraging and inspiring membership.
Professional and dedicated staff. They completely change up routines, so you are not doing the same thing each time. They offer a number of different class times which are easy to set up.
FBBC Acton has easily been the biggest contributor to the increase in my health and wellness! I'm over 100 sessions in and I can't think of a time I've ever noticed a repeat in the workouts. Even though I'm super shy and awkward, I'm known by name by all the coaches and feel welcomed by this wonderful community. Can't thank them enough!
This place is amazing! My mental and body health has had immense improvement. The workouts are fun going and challenging. The coaches are incredibly good at their jobs. The people that go there are kind and there is no judgement which made me feel very comfortable. The place is very clean. Best choice I made last year to join. If I’m in town, I go everyday!😀
