We have used Acton Belle Strata for over 15 years and in that time have found Yvonne, Doug and the team (most recently Rachael) to be very efficient, responsive and well organised. They have had to deal with some very difficult owners and always managed this with professionalism beyond expectation. Thank you Yvonne

My personal advice based on experience of owning a property where Acton was the strata manager of the complex for several years - avoid, avoid, avoid. You will regret it.

We had Yvonne as a strata manager for long period. I don't visit my investment property often because I thought I can trust my strata manager to look after the strata. I was wrong. The conditions of the strata was terrible, huge amount of bird drops at the entrance door, it was also blocking the drains, No controls were implemanted, No minutes organized for more than 18 month, hard to reach, no reply to calls or emails.
