My experience with Acton Bell Property Central has been completely unacceptable. Throughout my tenancy, I repeatedly raised maintenance and safety concerns, including electrical issues, mould and other defects, and was left deeply dissatisfied with how they were handled. We even had unqualified trades people doing electrical work that is now being investigated by Work safe WA.
