Acton rental installed a stairlift in my mother's house. The were very attentive to my mother's questions and choices, as well as the costs for the chairlift. They were patient with my mother's questions and the time for her decision to have the chairlift installed. She and I were very satified with the price, service, and installation of the chairlift. It gave her improved mobility in her house. I would not hesitate to recommend Acton Rental.
I hate to write negative reviews, but I feel the process is intended to add a valuable resource for consumers to use a reference when making a purchasing decision. My experience with Action Rental & Sales has been very poor. They appear to be either disorganized, over whelmed or both. The people seemed to be very pleasant to speak to and I believe they sincerely want to help, but for some reason seem incapable. We purchased a used stair lift. They have been completely unprofessional, unresponsive, and keep acting like they never heard of us. We are very frustrated and I'm hoping a few bad reviews might inspire them to take note. There have been a number of problems, the latest of which is the remote does not work.
