Very helpful people got me in and out fast
Truly disappointed by the service provided by this company, A few month ago two samples were handed to this lab, one with MAGNETIC properties, and the other one with NO MAGNETIC properties. Yet the analysis results for the both samples were quite similar (few percent difference, and definitely not enough to have different magnet properties). The lab accepts that the one sample is magnetic and the other one is not, yet pushes to make us accept the wrong results, after doing the retest and having the same results, we are charg... read more
