Very bad strata, I’d avoid. Just like every other strata except much worse. Managers lack customer service skills and would do everything in their power to avoid costing the business. Good luck getting what you pay for.

This Strata Co is run by Danny Kabbara, I highly experienced and down to earth Strata manager. He is proactive in finding ways for Owners Corporations to sustain their Building and minimise their costs . I’ve known him for almost 12 years and he is consistently looking out for his clients .
