Absolutely ridiculous non serious unprofessional staff. They didn't had any pt available yet offered services and wasted my son's 4 important months..after 4 months the supervisor Daniel Schultz told me you can try another company if you can't wait... State should ban and fine these scammers who are playing with the lives of s Unfortunate special kids...
i call this company soooooooo many times and left voice messages many times as well. Insurance company gave me this company information to make an appointment. BUT…… No one get the phone!!! No one call me back!!!! what kind of company is this?? No one work there?? How can i contact you???? Very insane!
