Made an appt for 10:30am for my 76 year old mother with severe mobility and chronic pain issues. When she arrived they refused to see her by saying her appt is in the books for 3pm. I know for a FACT he entered the wrong time in the system as her caregiver (who drives her to all appts) is only with her until 2pm each day. I would never make an appt for a time that she wouldn’t have transportation.
