Mark Sr (owner) & Mark Jr (son) came out to my house this morning. I called them around 9:30am and they were here the same day at 11:30am. We had tried different companies before but Mark from Active rooter makes it personal, take care of your system very well. He has all the equipment needed, he has small size drain cleaning equipment to the one that needs a 300 ft line.... also that camera thing where he can see whats heppening inside.
