Doctor Raj tried tms but witht severity we did eskatime. But this with therapy changed my life, I can't thank them enough. This was a few years ago and still better. But I know I can always come back if depression worsens. Thank you to all the staff and doctor Raj, I called them the awesome team.

The folks at Active Path NW have been by my side through my TMS journey, my tech Kristin is a gift to humanity so relatable and supportive and passed the time with me in ways above and beyond what I could have imagined. The TMS therapy itself really worked for me and I feel relieved of my deepest depression symptoms. Mason and Ryan my providers showed impeccable professionalism and provided genuine support and showed me how much they cared about my mental health and progress. The whole team always made me feel welcome and in... read more

These people are trash. The woman I talked to on the phone said they wouldn't do TMS treatment with me because I am schizoaffective and I had an "episode" ( I was having auditory hallucinations) in February 2025 and I have to be "6 months stable" from any "episodes". I told her that no matter how long I am on my meds, I will always have some form of hallucinations. They don't just go away magically. She then said she wasn't even a medical provider and only an intake person and that the "providers don't feel comfortable". Com... read more

Remission from your depression IS possible! I was fortunate enough to have it happen to me while under esketamine therapy. My experience with these folks has always been a good one - I've been to both this location and the Clackamas location and everybody is warm, friendly, and super supportive in whatever it is you're going through. This location in particular recently expanded its office to be able to handle a much larger amount of patients, so it's definitely worth your time looking into your options with them.

While the treatment benefits might not last as long as some people hope, they did make a significant positive difference for me. May need some maintenance treatments at some point, hopefully I will find a facility to help with that! And FWIW, I found the company to be highly ethical and professional in their dealings with me. Reading one star reviews really surprises me, since I NEVER experienced anything of the sort during my interactions with this company.
