What a waste of time. Their website says they accept Trillium, so I submitted my information and waited an entire week only to receive a call saying they don’t actually take my insurance. They didn’t even ask whether I wanted to pay out of pocket or discuss any other options. It felt like they saw Trillium, assumed I couldn’t afford treatment, and immediately dismissed me. It starts out like a sci-fi experiment, no big deal, but as it starts to take affect it’s a lot of big emotions and feelings to deal with. I certainly wasn’t prepared for the roller coaster of a ride but my tech Winter sat and talked to me every session and made not only the experience enjoyable and faster than a blink of the eye but he also helped me stay grounded as I talked through the experience and affects it was having. Active path has literally changed my life. I’ve had depression my entire adult life and have taken multiple antidepressants over the last four+ decades. I have had limited success with those meds. I would give ActivePath zero stars if I could. Please, if you are struggling with your mental health seek help somewhere else. I have had nonstop issues with them since I started Spravato last October. In the past three months, I’ve gone to treatment twice when I was getting treatment weekly since October. I had a change and insurance about three months ago and they told me all they needed to do was send a prior authorization to my new insurance and it should take about two or three days and they will get me back on the sche... read more
I am a patient with acute anxiety, PTSD, CPTSD, ADHD, and treatment resistant depression. Finished my second round of TMS recently. I have gone from what felt like no stability and no hope every day to feeling like most of my days are stable now. 6-7 stable days per week. The difference is incredible.
