Helping to not only overcome my addiction, put it in check, remission, if you will, Active Recovery is very comfortable, relaxing, pleasant atmosphere to share, discuss and learn some of the whys, why nots of my addictive behavior. It also keys in on positive aspects of life that I experience daily and not just the negative effects of my addiction and behavior caused by such.
