Ace Palmer was the service technician who assisted me, arriving promptly as scheduled. I had an unknown leak in my kitchen that was causing my entire kitchen floor to get wet, and I couldn't identify the source. They very efficient from the initial call of a leaking water heater to the completion of installation, everything was handled with speed and professionalism. We were back to having hot water in no time!
So firstly, this review has nothing to do with this company's plumbing services. I've never used them. This review is about something I saw. I saw an Active Plumbing truck on the road while driving. The driver had a cigarette in one hand on the wheel and was texting on his phone with the other hand. And he did this for awhile... while driving.
