I am writing a review to praise Active Plumbing but especially the technician sent, Ace. When I called to detail how I was receiving an excessive water bill both the operator and scheduling manager were both aghast at the amount I was charged by the water district and expressed a desire to get this resolved. They reacted as human beings which I truly appreciate. However it was when Ace arrived that I felt I was truly in good hands.
