My pilot light went out & an error code displayed I called & Justin was very helpful sent out Scott to look at my water heater. Turns out my 2014 heater needed to be replaced. Scott did an amazing job, very informative, very thorough, & very nice. Justin explained warranty & maintenance & other benefits that his company offers. I would recommend them. Great experience.

Needed a repipe on my house due to a slab leak. After getting a few estimates I called Active Plumbing. Justin (Operations Manager) came to the house explained everything. I had an unexpected leak from my upstairs bathroom into my first floor and called Active Plumbing first thing in the morning. Justin was incredibly responsive and accommodating, even rearranging their schedule to get a technician out to me by 8:30 am, which I truly appreciated. Carlos was outstanding. Called active plumbing because water heater was leaking. They arrived in a timely manner, verified I needed a new water heater. The price was very reasonable and installation was professionally done! Highly recommend this company.

Really happy with this plumbing service—they responded quickly and showed up right when they said they would. The plumber fixed the leak without making a mess and explained what caused it so I could avoid it next time. Prices were fair, and I’d definitely use them again.
