I'm 61 years old. I had a leak in my main water line. Rented a trencher and ran a whole new line. It was tough and I was out of water 6 days. Finished and turned it on and the one place I had to sweat a copper connection leaked. I waited all day for another plumbing service who still hasn't called or showed up. It was on a Sunday. Our A/C stopped working today when it was 106 outside, and with a newborn at home, we needed some quick help. Mike H. came to the rescue, promptly identifying the issue with our damper. He quickly went to get the necessary part from the warehouse, installed it, and clearly explained each step. My wife and I greatly appreciated Mike's professionalism and friendly attitude. Thanks to him, our little one will sleep comfortably in a cool room tonight! Highly recommend!

Under warrenty a/c repair.. Promised to fix my business a/c took a little over 2 months then flaked on me when I asked for proof of the part. What a joke company. Never came in to fixed it afterwards. Make sure when they install a unit its 100% backed by their warranty. My water heater started leaking and went out in the afternoon. I of course needed it replaces ASAP. I called Active Plumbing and Tony Emmons came out within an hour. He was very helpfully, guided me through the entire process and pricing. I was also very pleases to find that he could do it today! Tony did a superb and efficient job and was very clean and personable. Thank you Tony and Active Plumbing. I will definitly use you again in the future.
