My pilot light went out & an error code displayed I called & Justin was very helpful sent out Scott to look at my water heater. Turns out my 2014 heater needed to be replaced. Scott did an amazing job, very informative, very thorough, & very nice. Justin explained warranty & maintenance & other benefits that his company offers. I would recommend them. Great experience.

I had an unexpected leak from my upstairs bathroom into my first floor and called Active Plumbing first thing in the morning. Justin was incredibly responsive and accommodating, even rearranging their schedule to get a technician out to me by 8:30 am, which I truly appreciated. Carlos was outstanding. Completely honest and upfront business. They came out and reduced the cost of my job from a potential 1500$ quote from another large plumbing company to 300$. The technician was very knowledgeable and was able to explain everything to me about the system which the other plumber from a previous company could not explain. As a mechanic myself, this is a trustworthy business and will be using them again in the future for any plumbing needs.

My water heater broke on Easter Day, and after calling several companies, Active Plumbing was the only one able to send someone out within an hour to inspect it. Tony arrived promptly, completed the inspection, and had a new water heater installed by the end of the same day. I highly recommend Active Plumbing, they’re professional, efficient, and offer some of the best prices in town.

I'm 61 years old. I had a leak in my main water line. Rented a trencher and ran a whole new line. It was tough and I was out of water 6 days. Finished and turned it on and the one place I had to sweat a copper connection leaked. I waited all day for another plumbing service who still hasn't called or showed up. It was on a Sunday.
