I just had my last session and it was a really great experience. All the therapists are very knowledgeable and really take their time to listen to you and provide you with the best advice and information possible. From the therapists, Avisha, Keith, and Tim, to the assistants, Nino and Gloria, everyone was so nice and friendly and helpful! Great staff that was adaptable to my needs!
I was denied my scheduled appointment for a genetic disorder I have dealt with for over a decade for lack of a doctor referral. They Require a referal after 30 days - no one else does this (especially for a genetic disorder). Expecting me to pay my doctor for a one sentence referral telling them what they already know, when there's other businesses in the same building that don't ask for it. Gone!
Thanks to Keith and the rest of the team for helping me recover from a pretty bad knee injury. His persistent efforts and support made the recovery quick and smooth - I am back to my active daily routine.
